Mission Active — LEO Orbit 2026

Manufacturing
the Impossible
in Orbit

SpaceForge operates orbital factories in low Earth orbit, producing semiconductor crystals, ZBLAN fiber optics, and pharmaceutical compounds that defy the limits of Earth-based manufacturing.

Impossible on Earth.

Microgravity removes the constraints that limit terrestrial manufacturing — enabling material purities and structures physically unachievable under gravity.

From Launch to
Lab in 14 Days.

SpaceForge's fully autonomous orbital factory completes a full manufacturing cycle — launch, production, reentry, delivery — in under two weeks. No astronauts. No compromises.

  • 01

    Launch & Deploy

ForgeSat launches as a secondary payload on Rocket Lab Electron or SpaceX Rideshare. Deployed to 400–500km LEO within 48 hours.

  • 02

    Orbital Manufacturing

Autonomous systems activate furnaces and reactors in the microgravity environment. Materials form over 7–14 days with no convection or sedimentation.

  • 03

    Precision Reentry

The reentry capsule separates and performs a deorbit burn. Parachute-assisted landing in a designated recovery zone — no ocean splashdown, no astronauts.

  • 04

    Product Delivery

Recovered materials are processed in our ISO 6 cleanroom and shipped to customers within 72 hours of landing. Full chain-of-custody documentation.
