Commercial partners define their material requirements, and we co-design a manufacturing protocol. Customers ship feedstock to our Harwell facility, we integrate it into ForgeSat, fly the mission, and return product within 30 days of launch. Full chain-of-custody documentation is provided.

We are in production with ZBLAN fiber optics and Phase II development for GaAs/InP semiconductor crystals. Protein crystallography for pharmaceutical partners is in Phase I. We evaluate new materials on a case-by-case basis — contact us with your specification.

ForgeSat-1 currently flies 3 missions per year on a 14-day orbital cycle. We have 4 commercial payload slots available annually. With Series B funding, we plan to scale to a constellation of 8 vehicles by 2028, increasing capacity to 20+ missions per year.

Yes. SpaceForge holds 12 granted patents and 8 pending applications covering our reentry capsule design, autonomous manufacturing sequencing, and ZBLAN fiber drawing process in microgravity. All IP is wholly owned by SpaceForge Inc.

We hold launch licenses from the UK Civil Aviation Authority and operate under UKSA mission assurance frameworks. Our reentry capsule has completed 2 successful recovery demonstrations. We work with NOAA for US re-entry authorization on Rocket Lab missions.
